Uma caixa cujo interior tem as paredes laterais, de cima e de baixo forradas por espelhos e na superfície do fundo uma tela na qual é projetada por trás uma imagem de nuvens que se movimentam a uma velocidade quase imperceptível. A imagem que o espectador tem ao colocar sua cabeça dentro da caixa, é de um espaço infinito, um abismo em todas as direções, provocado pelo reflexo dos espelhos. A sensação de vertigem é intensificada pelo lento movimento de zoom-in nas nuvens. Trata-se de uma investigação poética acerca da relação entre o vasto espaço do mundo e a profundidade do espaço interior de cada ser humano, da relação do homem com o universo que o cerca, sobre o espaço que cada um ocupa e como ele se expande.

An open box in which the two sides, top and bottom inner surfaces are mirrored. At the back surface there is a projection screen where a moving image of clouds is back-projected. The mirrors reflect the projection, creating the effect of an infinite space. When one looks inside the box, one faces a void, infinite space, and feels surrounded by the clouds. Gradually it is possible to perceive the very subtle movement of the clouds, zooming-in, enhancing a dizzy sensation. It is a poetic investigation on the relationship between the world’s immensity and the deep, inner space of every man. It is about how men relate to the reality surrounding him, the space that each one of us occupies and how it can be expanded.
